Your organization needs strategic help.

Whether it's assessment, visioning, stabilization, process improvement or some combination, you need to act.

You need a plan, but you also need action.

...relationship strategy and coaching

...a clear and easy-to-maintain dashboard

...detailed implementation mapping with staff roles and timelines

...project artifacts like slide decks, surveys and reports

...then you're in the right place.

Using a flex team model, Wirth Works offers comprehensive support in developing solutions to your pressing needs from strategy to execution. If it sounds broad, you're right. With decades of experience working in the nonprofit sector, tight budgets have  often meant having to develop diverse skills (and networks) that can flex to cover everything from executive leadership and coaching to operational technicality and marketing flair.

Affordable and adaptable, we aren't like anything else out there because we've been there and we feel your pain.

Every day, we are thrilled at the opportunity to provide full-service solutions to help you and your good cause succeed.

Tina is smart, strategic, fun, and both people- and task-oriented.  This combination, along with her significant expertise in nonprofit governance, programing, and strategy results in high-quality engagement and project outcomes.  Under Tina’s leadership, our United Way successfully transformed our funding model and recipients during a transition in CEO.  Without Tina, this accomplishment launching our new strategic direction would not have occurred.

Melanie Patz, CEO

United Way of Northeast Florida

"Tina has a well-developed sense of what it takes to identify a need and then execute in a manner that achieves success while fostering collaboration and alignment. She is a smart, strategic and trusted partner.  Tina has worked directly with all three sectors – corporate, government and nonprofit and understands the importance of aligning these sectors to advance important in education, workforce development and social justice issues. Tina goes above and beyond to ensure success and satisfaction with each engagement.  I highly recommend her as a proven consultant in our region.

The Community Foundation for Northeast Florida

I have been working in the Economic Development and Nonprofit sectors for (eek!) 25 years. Most recently, I was SVP of Talent Advancement at the Charleston Metro Chamber, supporting regional alignment between education and industry through research and partnerships. Prior to that, I was Vice President of Education + Workforce Development for the JAXUSA Partnership, a division of the Jacksonville Chamber focused upon business attraction, growth and sustainability. Other employment posts include Duval County Public Schools, the City of Jacksonville and Junior Achievement. I am a proud past chair of JASMYN.

My consulting clients have included The Community Foundation for Northeast Florida, READ USA, United Way of Northeast Florida, Duval County Public Schools, CareerSource NEFL, JASMYN and several local initiatives based upon K-12 education, literacy, workforce development, economic mobility, racial equity and social justice. I hold my bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of North Florida, Interim Executive Academy accreditation from Third Sector and I recently earned a certificate in Chat GPT Prompt Engineering from Vanderbilt University.

My wife Carrie and I live with our two pups Toby and Moxie and enjoy traveling and spending time with friends and family. We are deeply passionate about racial equity, social justice and the rights, care and safety of the LGBTQ community.
