​I started Wirth Works because I kept seeing the same problem: nonprofit leaders stuck at a crossroads, full of passion but low on capacity, trying to move forward without the time or team to do it right.
I’ve been on your side of the table. I know how heavy the mission can feel when you’re carrying it without the right support.

With 25+ years of experience across nonprofit leadership, workforce development, chambers of commerce, and board service, I bring more than just strategy. I bring sleeve-rolled-up support.
Whether I’m guiding a board through tough transitions, mapping out a fundraising plan, or coaching a burned-out ED back into clarity — I’m all in.
